Tuition agreement
Annual Tuition
$6000.00 per student. (After the $5000 school voucher collected from GASSO and
donations). Sibling discount is received only on full tuition. Families with two or more students will receive a discount as follows.
2 Students - 5%
3 Students - 10%
4 Students - 15%
5 Students - 20%
6 Students - 25%
Payment Options
1. Tuition is paid either in full or in 10 month instalments. The 10-month period starts from July 2024 to April 2025.
2. 3% discount is given if the tuition is paid in full by July 15th.
3. Tuition is due by the 5th of the previous month. (August tuition needs to be paid by July 5th)
If the tuition is not cleared by your bank or by your credit card by the due date there will be a $35.00 late payment charge.
4. Tuition is paid through pay junction using the sycamore education website. There is a 3% processing charge if the tuition is paid by credit card on pay junction. You can also sign up for ACH withdrawal.
5. No cash or Zelle payment will be accepted.
6. The enrollment fee for new students is $150.00 and for current students is $100.00.
7. All application fees are due before submitting the form. Enrollment fees are non- refundable.
8. Resource fee, book and supply fee of $350.00 is due once your application is approved to save your post. This payment needs to be paid in cash or check only and within 5 days of approval.
9. Students withdrawing after the first month of school will be charged 3 months of tuition as a withdrawal fee. No transcripts, report cards, or records will be released until all financial obligations are fulfilled.
10. If at any time it is determined by the administration that the student is not in good standing academically, and/or behaviorally, the administrator may require the student to withdraw. In such a situation 3 months' tuition must be paid.
11. School hours are from 8:00AM to 3:30PM. If you do not pick up your child by 3:45PM, there is a $2.00 late pick-up fee for every minute.
12. Uniforms and field trip charges must be paid separately.
13. Gasso pledges open May 1st, and it is mandatory to pledge for us to reserve your spot.
*Resource Fee includes online assessments and subscriptions, classroom resource books and equipment, science supplies, and math manipulatives.
