Tuition agreement

Annual Tuition
$6000.00 per student. (After the $5000 school voucher collected from GASSO and
donations). Sibling discount is received only on full tuition. Families with two or more students will receive a discount as follows.
2 Students - 10%
3 Students - 15%
4 Students - 20%
5 Students - 25%
Payment Options
1. Tuition can be paid in full or in ten installments per month. July 2025 marks the beginning of the 10-month period, which ends in April 2026.
2. If the tuition is paid in full by July 15th, a 3% discount is granted.
3. The fifth of the previous month is when tuition is due (for instance, August tuition is due by July 5th). There will be a $35 late payment fee per student if the tuition is not paid by the due date via either your bank or your credit card.
4. The Sycamore Education website is used to pay tuition via Pay Junction. If paying with a credit card, there is a 3% processing fee. However, there is no processing fee for ACH withdrawals.
5. No cash, checks or Zelle tuition payments will be accepted.
6. The enrollment fee is $100.00 for existing students and $150.00 for new ones.
7. Before submitting the form, all enrollment fees must be paid. There are no refunds for enrollment fees.
8. After your application is accepted, you must pay a $350.00 resource, book, and supply fee to reserve your spot. Within five days of approval, this payment must be made in cash or by check only.
9. A withdrawal fee equal to three months' tuition will be assessed to students who leave school after the first month. Transcripts, report cards, and other documents won't be made available until all outstanding fees have been paid.
10. The administration may demand that a student withdraw if it is ever determined that the student is not in good standing academically and/or behaviorally. Three months' worth of tuition must be paid in such a case.
11. 8:00 AM to 3:30 PM is when schools are in session. If your child is not picked up by 3:45 PM, you must immediately pay the $2.00 late pick-up fee in cash for each minute that the child is picked up late.
12. Field trip fees and uniforms must be paid for separately. We generally have two field trips a year, usually around $25.00 or so. Uniforms cost $25.00 for boys tunic.
*Resource Fee includes online assessments and subscriptions, classroom resource books and equipment, science supplies, and math manipulatives.
